Our Essential Collection has a 310 thread count, and is crisp and soft feel with a matte finish. Grab a essential sheets if you want a cool and comfortable night sleep. Our Deluxe Collection has a 500 thread count, and is ultra soft, silky smooth feel. Both collections are made with long-staple cotton and the sheet will get softer and softer after every time you wash it.

Other Countries : Orders below USD80, a delivery cost of USD50 is applicable. Additional delivery costs may apply depending on the weight and size of the order. In this case, we will contact you for further arrangement and confirmation. Please noted that custom fees and import taxes may occur, and you will be responsible for the corresponding fees to receive the order.
At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for exchanges or returns for international orders.
For International delivery, the usual delivery time is 3-5 working days after dispatch depends on location. Order will be dispatched on the next working day depends on availability, after order received and payment cleared.
You can change your shipping details before the order is shipped by contacting our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. But once the order is shipped, no modification can be made about your order.

You may return any item within 30days after receiving your order, and you will receive a full refund for the returned item once we receive the package. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your return processs.

Exchanges for different colors or sizes are easy. We will accept exchanges within 30days of purchase and products are wrapped in original packages. Please contact us at email@example.com to proceed the exchange.

Please note that any returned items must be in resalable condition. Returns of washed or used sheets that arrived damaged will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

All of our sheets come pre-bundled in a Shoplinen tote bag and box that are perfect for gifting. We don’t have gift messaging at this time, but we ensure our packing slips don’t include pricing so that you can buy them as a present.
